GKG really knows the ins and outs of the roofing business. We had some small leaks in the roof and George easily spotted the cause. We agreed we needed a new roof. He also recommended PVC - UV covers to be placed over the rubber boots that seal the vertical bathroom vent pipes. The breakdown of the rubber due to the sun was first thing that caused leaks in our roof about 4 years ago. I don't know if these covers are an industry standard, but they should be, if not.
