We agreed to 5400 to install a new shingle roof on the side of our mud room. The guys came. Did the job. Everything went well. We tipped them. One week later during rain we saw water on our windows. When we went outside we saw the roof wasn’t taking the water to the gutters but allowing the water to go between the wood and the gutter. I emailed them and am waiting for someone to come to look at the situation. I’m a bit frustrated to say the least. Let’s see how the situation is handled. I’ll keep you apprised. They had to fix the job 2 times but they did get it done. I’ve upgraded from 1 star to 4 for coming back and getting it right.
