We have had a terrible experience so far with the roof on our new house and it has been a long ongoing saga. A friend told me about Glacier so I had them out to look at the roof. Glacier was recommended to me by a good friend and I contacted them and they were quick to get back to me. They set up a visit to look at my roof and were very thorough with pictures and documenting the damage to my roof. They worked well with my insurance and were great about keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
