In short, they were very knowledgeable about what i needed and importantly about what I didn't need. Scott, their salesman, explained the process and material in detail. The estimate was complete and clear enough for a DIY guy to understand. Michael and the roofing crew did a great job working in my confined yard getting material in and out. We initially contacted Glick’s on February 2020. Mitch Stoltzfus was assigned as our Project Manager and he got back to us right away. Our house has solar panels and our project wasn’t going to be straightforward. After making arrangements with our solar panels provider, we were ready to start the roof project. Once again we hired Glick Exteriors. This time we replaced gutters, downspouts and shutters. They did not disappoint. After receiving a fair quote we accepted and shortly thereafter the work began. It was completed in 1 day! The work was done without the workers even taken a minute break! We are extremely happy with the work, the prompt response and attentiveness to our needs. My wife and I had be trying to get a contractor to build us a new deck for over a year. Calls to some went unanswered. Others made appointments but never came out.
