Danny was friendly and professional. He fixed a roof leak we had on a rubber roof that was butted up to a chimney and under a roof deck. It certainly wasn’t a standard problem, but he was able to fix it within a few hours and was able to do it without much impact to the roof deck.

Thank you for the great review! We’re glad Danny was able to diagnose and repair the roof leak while minimizing the impact to your existing roof deck. Rubber roof leaks around chimneys and roof decks can be especially challenging, so taking the time to identify the right solution is important. We appreciate you trusting us with your rubber roof repair. Our goal is always to provide an effective, long-lasting solution whenever possible rather than recommending unnecessary work. Thank you again for choosing us for your roofing repair, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever need help with a roof leak, rubber roofing, chimney flashing, or any other roofing issue!

Dan gave a quick call back with a price for a roof repair and started/completed the work, as promised. Additionally, he walked the roof and repaired a second location at no additional cost. Great experience.

Thank you for the great review and for trusting us with your roof repair! We’re glad Dan was able to respond quickly, provide straightforward pricing, and complete the roofing work exactly as promised. While inspecting the roof, we were also happy to take care of the additional repair we found. We believe a good roofing contractor should look at the entire roof and address potential issues whenever possible, not just the one spot we were originally called about. We truly appreciate your business and recommendation. If you ever need another roof repair, roof leak inspection, or roofing service in the future, we’ll be here to help!

Manny and his crew at GN Exteriors did an excellent job for us in a timely manner that worked with our schedule. Manny met with me in person to go over our goals and offer options that met our needs. The paint on our wood siding was peeling and the single pane windows facing a busy street needed to be replaced. They were able to replace 6 windows and upgrade 3 full walls of siding to vinyl in 3 days of work. They even came back to reinstall our original shutters after we had them painted by a di...
