Whoever works here in the Red Tacoma is a danger to other drivers and almost caused multiple accidents accidents on the way to his work: driving erratically, swerving, laying on his horn, splitting lanes, and cursing at other drivers on south orange & west Michigan. Lucky he didn’t crash or hurt someone.
Gold Key Roofing replaced my roof and the process couldn’t have gone smoother. Shawn was the project manager and he was great to work with. He answered every question, returned every phone call and coordinated the shingle replacement.
When the roofing crew got to my house, they covered the entire ground and all sides of my house to protect the siding and landscaping. They also covered my entire driveway to protect the painted design.

Tyler came to my house for a roof leak inspection and quickly found the problem. The Gold Key team was very professional and timely from the front desk people to the technician that came to the house. I would highly recommend Gold Key!
Overall good experience. They did a great job replacing my roof. Their weakness is communication. The person who schedules the date of service seemed he was annoyed and didn't want to answer questions. I had to call them to get the contact information of the wind mitigation inspector that was promised to me, provide pictures of the additional service I paid for, and remind them to inform the city to do a final inspection.
