Gold Key Roofing replaced my roof and the process couldn’t have gone smoother. Shawn was the project manager and he was great to work with. He answered every question, returned every phone call and coordinated the shingle replacement. When the roofing crew got to my house, they covered the entire ground and all sides of my house to protect the siding and landscaping. Overall good experience. They did a great job replacing my roof. Their weakness is communication. The person who schedules the date of service seemed he was annoyed and didn't want to answer questions. I had to call them to get the contact information of the wind mitigation inspector that was promised to me, provide pictures of the additional service I paid for, and remind them to inform the city to do a final inspection. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and hidden costs and then excuses for same. Would not recommend. I feel very taken advantage of especially by the salesman we dealt with and wish we would have went with another company. I am absolutely a client and I am not a liar or hater.
