My roof had no issues just age. I had many companies come out to give me an estimate. Each one had a different opinion, and quotes that were extremely high. Everything was a pleasure in dealing with Gold Key. They were here to meet with my insurance adjuster to insure all problems were addressed. Shawn coordinated dates with my solar company for their removal & reinstall when roof replacement was complete. Shawn worked well with me & my insurance company in supplying required filings for payments. I could go on, but will only say the project was seamless. Would definitely recommend Shawn & Gold Key for any project
