They were able to provide solutions to my needs, such as improving the pitch on an almost-flat section of the roof to improve rain runoff, that other roofers didn’t offer or even suggest. Gold Key reroofed our home after the 2022 hurricanes and Eric was our sales rep. He did all of the communication with our insurance and I didn’t have to do a whole lot.
