Great experience working with Gold Key and Eric Altman. Review of site, recommendations and pricing were very competitive. Crew arrived early, worked late and completely cleaned up the work site. Edit: Had discussions with the manager, and basically I had gotten caught in a lot of process crossfire that resulted in 1) me getting misinformation and 2) generally falling through the cracks for getting called back. So theoretically it won't happen again, but I don't exactly need roof repairs often enough to verify. tl;dr if you have issues, escalate politely and it should get worked out
