This company used to be excellent and reliable however they have gone down the ladder way too fast with a very poor quality of service , customer service and new field inspector . Sadly

They just completed providing me with a new roof and I am totally satisfied with the quality and value of their work. I have observed other roofing companies and none can compare to Gold Key roofing.
I asked them to come out after hurricane irma. I thought I had a roof leak. Turns out my roof is fine and there might have been a little wind driven rain. They suggested I leave everything as is and didn't charge a thing. Really appreciate an honest company! I will use them when I need a new roof in the future.
I'm leaving a 1 star review because I called to get an appointment for a new roof. They refused to schedule an appointment unless I did an insurance claim and they handle. Companies do this so they can charge more. I was paying out of pocket and they refused to schedule me. Great service guys and try to take advantage of your customers!
