I was nervous to get the roof replaced (April 2022) as it seems many people out there have not had good experiences, however, Gold Key Roofing had great reviews. Well, I can say our beautiful roof is done, complete with new gutters, rodent boot covers and upgraded underlayment!. Josh, Shawn and Tom were extremely polite, helpful and patient. We were nervous about the roof replacement that we needed as ours was getting older (20yrs) and they walked us through everything and patiently handled all the questions we were throwing at them. A great company to work with for improving your home. From the first appointment our options and concerns were addressed. Connected us to adjuster to help with the insurance process. Once approved a schedule was set and proceeded without a hitch. Solar panels came off, roof replaced, gutters replaced, solar panels returned. Wind Abatement completed. Whoever works here in the Red Tacoma is a danger to other drivers and almost caused multiple accidents accidents on the way to his work: driving erratically, swerving, laying on his horn, splitting lanes, and cursing at other drivers on south orange & west Michigan. Lucky he didn’t crash or hurt someone.
