We had an incident of a roofer breaking through our kitchen ceiling on accident (4'x5' hole) and GoTo was thorough in setting up dry wallers to come the next day to fix it. They also gave us a discount and were very professional about the whole thing. They also put siding around our windows for us and did that quickly and with minimal disruption.
