Chelsea Roofing Replacement project using Malarkey Legacy shingles with Scotchgard in Antique Brown on this unique house and its detached garage. All new flat roofing material installed. Because of the unique design of this house and its roof, many intricate and custom metal flashings were required to keep it water tight. I had GoTo Roofing save an old barn. They replaced rotting roof-beams, replaced all of the decking, shingled the entire roof and added gutters. The crew was very polite and worked very hard, putting in long hours to get the job done quickly. The work was done well as was the clean up.
