The technician was excellent but the scheduling was horrible. They showed up unexpectedly even after I told them I couldn't just leave the gate open with a pool and a dog in the yard. They need a manager that understands why you can't just have people come onto your property without warning - especially if you have a pool! Why is it so hard to find a company that communicates with its customers? Just a simple text or email is all it would take.

They visited my residence and surveyed my pool in detail. I needed all tile and coping replaced. The rep said we would get their price in 2 days. Never heard from them again! Even after calls to the manager, Aly, and leaving many messages. This is a very poorly run company that people should avoid doing business with. Folks who don’t have the honesty to return calls, do what they said (proposal) or follow thru are to be avoided.

Really don't like giving bad reviews but, we contacted this company to do repairs/remodel of our existing pool, hoping to use a local company. After calling and leaving messages I had to send a message via Facebook messenger to even get them to respond. Then days later, on April 10th they sent out a couple of guys to measure without even letting us know they were coming. These guys said the company would get back to us with a proposal.
