I recently bought a new home with a pool that Goudy previously serviced. When I called Goudy to resume service, I was immediately told that “ we do not service above-ground pools” before discussing my pool (I have an in-ground pool.) They are rude and I found a new service contractor who found numerous issues with the service that Goudy provided for half the price.

This place has been amazing. We had an in ground pool built by someone else who failed to give us the correct maintenance info and was not good with pool care right after the pool was filled. These people have guided us through everything and have been nothing but helpful and super patient with us as new pool owners.
