Chet and Aly were both great to work with. Aly responded promptly to my request for a heater/filter/pump replacement at our new home. She was very knowledgeable about the products, followed up very quickly, and got me scheduled for following week. Her husband, Chet, did the installation. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
