First day they blocked my drive way and when I asked why he said it was the only place to park. Next he said he would clean up and I'm making this very short. They used a blower which only left nails and staples and roof ending in my grass. I told them I had grandkids that play in yard. Another is they took the bottom of my rain spout and lint cover and couldn't find it and tried to pass off neighbors spout onto me. So uncool. There were a few miscommunications between sales, the workers, and myself. In the end, the roof was installed quickly and professionally and is a great product (so far). I wish a little more care was taken in regards to my flower beds as most of my tulips were damaged from the roof demo process.

Have already referred neighbor :) Roofing job looks great, was done quickly, great clean up after. Still unclear when gutters will be installed, even though told possible day or two. Asked for a quote in March for siding, never heard anything. The communication could be improved, but the work is outstanding.
