This is by far the worst roofing company I’ve ever worked with and I’ve paid for a handful of roofs as an investor. This particular property was bought with a roof installed from GP Martini with a 30 year warranty. From day 1 I knew there was a leak in the hallway coming from the flat roof. A decade ago we met Gary Martini and asked for a consultation to see if we needed a new roof. Several times in those 10 years he has been here and told us we didn't need a new roof.
