This is by far the worst roofing company I’ve ever worked with and I’ve paid for a handful of roofs as an investor. This particular property was bought with a roof installed from GP Martini with a 30 year warranty. From day 1 I knew there was a leak in the hallway coming from the flat roof. I had to replace all of the drywall because it was crumbling and moldy. I called GP and they said they would send a tech out to look at it. I waited at the property and nobody showed up.
