      In Trenton, MO, we are meticulously crafting a stud frame garage and workshop that measures 32 feet deep by 56 feet long, with a height of 10 feet, featuring a modern one slope pitch roof. This project by Graber Custom Structures emphasizes durability with its thickened edge concrete slab foundation and robustness provided by 2x6 exterior wall framing. To enhance the building's appeal, we clad the exterior with Everlast Metals textured charcoal side metal and a textured black roof with matching trim, offering a sleek, contemporary look that increases the property's value.


      Our entry doors and windows, finished in striking black, complement the two 10 ft by 10 ft garage doors, each equipped with windows for added light and efficiency. Inside, Wartner’s Home Services apply open cell spray foam insulation, ensuring the garage/shop is energy-efficient and comfortable year-round. Additionally, the structure includes a 12 feet by 22 feet office space in the front left corner, providing a practical area for management or design activities.
