Installation team arrived on time, completed the installation and cleaned up both inside and outside. Installers were courteous. Upon completion, I was shown the window features and how to operate them. The new windows make the room quieter, air leaks have been eliminated, and the light transmission is much better than the previous windows. The tilt-in feature for future cleaning of these second storey will be appreciated.
