TJ Smith from Graboyes came out to repair the screen on my sliding glass door. Unfortunately, I put my knee thru the screen. TJ fixed it for me without having to rescreen it. He made sure the wheels weren't bent and readjusted it for me. He was very professional and did a great job. I can always count on Graboyes to stand behind their product.

Initially called because of the favorable reviews. Set up an appointment, they came out and took their time measuring all our windows, and then...nothing...no calls, no emails, no nothing. I even followed up with an email and never received a response to that either. Definitely would not recommend.
