I am very happy with the installation of the windows and sliding glass door. I can tell they are top quality windows and door. The installers were so pleasant and did such a great job of installing everything and cleaned up the area nicely. They took the time to show me how to operate the windows and door and answered all of my questions.

I have used Grayboyes Windows and Doors previously but did not recall their warranty policy. I recently requested a quote to install a new storm door off of the MBR which also needed to have a new frame built for it. T.J. came to my home to measure and immediately noticed that my front entry storm door was scratched and that the spring on the handle was broken. He offered to put in a warranty claim to replace the door.
