The final product was awesome. From the in home presenter to the install team. Due to weather, it took a bit to complete. We had hot and wet weather. Once completed, it looks great. Now... They do offer financing. You can pay it off early if you want. The issue is the "English" call center is in the Philippines. They also charge you daily interest. The entire process from ordering to install was 5 star. They kept in contact with us through their app letting up know the status of our order from start to install. Drew was a fantastic and caring sales rep and Randy did our install. The entire process was flawless and quicker than initially projected. Had a great experience with Grayboyes Window & Door. We had all 22 windows replaced with ProVia windows in our 2 story colonial home. From the sales call to the installation everything went smoothly. The 3 installation guys came at 8 am, worked hard, and had the job completed by 4:30 pm. Windows look nice!! Would highly recommend!
