They have customer concierge that checked in with me throughout the way, which was nice in this world of supply chain issues.
I had two high quality custom doors installed by Graboyes (one about 2 1/2 years ago and one about 1 1/2 years ago). We loved the doors themselves. However, the back door had glue oozing from the door frame that left a yellow mark on our door frame. I had someone come out to fix it and he came, didn't fix it, and said someone would be back to do it. No one never came.
