We contacted Grayboyes to fix the broken tilting mechanism of our 20+ year old window. We received excellent service from their team regarding scheduling the appointment, replacement of tilt latch, and the cost for the work performed. Technician TJ replaced the tilt latch and explained the work he did. He also removed his shoes before coming into the house which we appreciated. We highly recommend Grayboyes Window and Door.
