They came out to give an estimate in a reasonable time frame. Was told 4-6 wks for install once ordered. Order was placed. The person who came out to measure the sizes took 4 weeks to come out. Then took another 4 weeks to get installed. Total 8 weeks not 4-6wks. The install crew was awful. They were screaming & yelling at each other. They even started taking out the wrong window. We had an appointment scheduled for 3pm last week for windows at my mother-in-laws home. Someone from the office (I think it was Mommy Grayboyes) called and said they were running 30 minutes late - no biggie, I understand.
