I purchased a Pro Via front door from Graboyes. From the initial consultation, it was a smooth process. We did have to negotiate on the reuse of my storm door and it almost cancelled the deal but Grayboyes agreed to my terms and the rest of the process was flawless. They gave me an eight week wait for the door but it arrived in 5 weeks and they had it installed a few days later. Door looks great and the installer did an outstanding job. My wife and I have used Graboyes over the past 37 years to replace 2 jalousie windows, 8 double hung windows, 1 bay window and 2 storm doors. We recently had casement windows installed on our screened back porch. I got tired of having to put up plastic to winterize it every year. As always they did a great job from installation (Max) to servicing (TJ).
