Not exactly what STAR-rating I should give them because there is no option for a "inconclusive". I reached out in February regarding on a new ProVia door with sidelights. I had all the specifications and all the information for the salesman. Response was excellent and he came out on February 14 to look at my existing door, take measurements and discuss the door and features.
