I had two high quality custom doors installed by Graboyes (one about 2 1/2 years ago and one about 1 1/2 years ago). We loved the doors themselves. However, the back door had glue oozing from the door frame that left a yellow mark on our door frame. I had someone come out to fix it and he came, didn't fix it, and said someone would be back to do it. No one never came. We know you're disappointed we were unable to honor your request to replace your entire door because of cosmetic scratches that occurred 2 years after installation. Unfortunately, the damage to the door did not fall under warranty because it was not related to a defect, but rather damage from impact. Provia doors have an industry-leading double oven cured finish. They are the best in class, but unfortunately, no door finish is100% scratch proof. We did, as a courtesy, provide a free replacement handle set that was also scratched during the same occurrence. Rest assured, should you have any warranty-related issues in the future we would be very happy to take care of you with our lifetime warranty concierge service.

Graboyes, hands down, is a great company to work with in replacing your windows. I had 12 windows in my house replaced with them. From meeting Marcia Williams for the quote to having Noah Herman answer my questions in anticipation of the windows arriving to working with Danielle in scheduling the work and having Pasha and his crew perform the installation, this company from start to finish were exceptional I highly recommend Graboyes for your window replacement project.
