So far my experience has been subpar. Installation scheduled for 9:00 am - no phone call - nothing to indicate they were not showing up at scheduled time. I shouldn't have to call to find out they are arriving 3 hours late.

Hi Karen, I know we spoke the day after your installation and that you were ultimately happy with the final installation. I am sorry we miscommunicated our arrival windows, which are typically 2 hours to account for traffic and delays at the previous worksite. We do hope you'll consider revising your review and that you are still loving your windows. We will be here for you to service the products for as long as you own the home.
