We knew that the installation would be tricky but we did not know that there would be a large piece of molding literally inhibiting the insertion of the key on the inside. We inquired about getting a new entry door before winter since ours was pretty drafty last year. Tom came and, after inspecting our door, advised that it was still in pretty good condition. He even raised the door threshold for us (which we didnt know was possible) which will definitely help keep out the draft.
