We got several estimates for a skylight replacement job. Their in person quote was the most well informed, as well as the lowest of all we got. BUT- unlike the others, they also told us how by adding a small upgrade, the whole job qualifies for a 26% tax credit, so their quote became even lower by comparison. Guinivere, Nigel and their team were amazing. They came to fix our roof after a big storm, and set realistic expectations about what we needed done and the timeframe it can be done in. They know their stuff: Guinivere picked out the perfect shingle color match . . . from the ground! From the first visit and evaluation of our roof, I was impressed with the professionalism, care, and understanding of our needs and desires with our roof.
