This local family business did two new roofs for me. One was for a historic Hudson River home and the other was for a suburban house. The two jobs couldn’t have been more different and yet each one was handled with the appropriate touch. Experience truly does count. The owners spoke to me in understandable terms and did what they were said they would do for the amount stated. They come right out to do new estimates and I greatly appreciated that.

This company is totally professional and their bid was lower than any of the other roofers I contacted. All my questions were answered before work began, the job was completed in two and a half days (and would have been done in only two had it not been for strong wind gusts on the second day), the roofers were conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day, and on top of that both Guinevere and Nigel seem genuinely devoted to doing an excellent job. I just had a wonderful experience with Grace Roofing. They did the original roof on a home I bought 3 years ago about 3 years before I bought it. I had some wind damage done and called them about replacing it immediately since they did the original installation. Not only did they replace the damaged pieces but they even took new measures to make sure other parts of the roof didn’t get damaged by replacing the ridge in its entirety when then wasn’t in the original scope of work.
