Full roof replacement - this project the homeowner had experienced damage to their and siding. We worked directly with their insurance carrier to get them covered for a full roof replacement and siding replacement on the damaged section of their home. For this project the home owner opted for GAF's HDZ Hunter Green shingle with all of GAF's roofing components!

Full roof replacement- What an amazing transformation! This was a complete roof replacement project, the project consisted of removing 4 layers of preexisting roofing materials (cedar shake, 2 layers of shingle and an additional layer of plywood). We installed all new plywood for the roof deck and a beautiful GAF UHDZ Charcoal shingle with all of GAFs accessories.

On the siding we installed certainteed desert tan d4 clap board for a stunning modern look. Grand Exteriors provided us with great service. They came out quickly to provide a quote, walked us through the options and the financing. They set a prompt timeline for the work to be done and stuck to it. On the day of the install everything went smooth, the roof looked great and all trash and debris was promptly cleared away.
