This project was a complete roof replacement. The homeowner was experiencing heavy leaking coming from their roof. After calling Grand Exteriors, we conducted a full 22 point roof inspection and determined that the roofing system was at its end of life. With heavy granular loss and extremely brittle shingles the roofing system was no longer functioning as intended. During the roof replacement process we discovered that over 18 sheets of sheathing had become rotten due to water penetrating the system. We installed a state of the art GAF HDZ roofing system, with ice and water shield / synthetic underlayment and beautiful Fox Hollow Grey laminated architectural shingles! This roof comes with a 50 year manufacturers warranty when installed by Grand Exteriors!

They set a prompt timeline for the work to be done and stuck to it. On the day of the install everything went smooth, the roof looked great and all trash and debris was promptly cleared away.
