This project consisted of removal of old roofing system and trusses with the installation of new trusses and roofing system. A local contractor was installing an addition on a home and called us in to remove the old roofing system including the framing and to install the new trusses and GAF HDZ roofing system. After only 3 1/2 days we were able to complete this entire project! This new roof not only looks stunning but will ensure the home and family is protected for years!

This project was a full roof replacement. Homeowner contacted us because he knew his roof was nearing its end of life due to the age of the home. For this roof replacement we used the cost effective Tamko weathered wood. This shingle comes with a 30 year manufacturers warranty and looks absolutely stunning.

This project was a full roof replacement. Homeowner had been experience leaking during heavy rainstorms that progressively became worse over time. After conducting a thorough inspection of the home we determined that the leaking was occurring due to failed skylight flashing, improper valley installation and lack of ice & water shield. The home owner opted for GAF UHDZ Pewter Grey, this shingle is not only heavier than your standard laminated architectural shingle but it carries a much longer algae warranty and utilizes a dual shadow line which creates a deep dimensional look that is unique and visually appealing. This full roof replacement comes with GAF's 50 year manufacturer warranty when installed by a GAF certified contractor (Grand Exteriors).

This project was a full roof replacement. The homeowner started experiencing heavy leaking during strong rain storms. During the project we noticed that the step flashing was never done on the last install which was causing these leaks. To ensure the roof was water tight we installed all new step flashing, built a chimney cricket to divert water away from the chimney flashing and installed ice and water shield along with synthetic underlayment. We used GAFs beautiful top of the line UHDZ shingles that comes with a 50 year limited lifetime warranty when installed by Grand Exteriors (a certified GAF contractor).

Grand Exteriors provided us with great service. They came out quickly to provide a quote, walked us through the options and the financing. They set a prompt timeline for the work to be done and stuck to it. On the day of the install everything went smooth, the roof looked great and all trash and debris was promptly cleared away.
