Kyle and the Grand Exteriors team were all very professional and friendly. They replaced my father’s roof. He was extremely impressed with the work they did, how thorough they were with the clean up and how quickly they were done. He is not an easy person to please. We would definitely refer them to our family and friends. Thank you!

Grand Exteriors exceeded my expectations. They handled all aspects of the siding and roof replacements on two buildings, going above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone needing exterior work.

We first used Grand Exteriors for a window install and were quite impressed with their level of communication and professionalism. The new windows look great! We then used them for a new roof install, and we're delighted to report that we had the exact same experience. We will happily recommend them to everyone we know!

We had a leak in our roof causing us damage to our drywall in a bedroom. Rob was able to come out the next day and found the problem. He was able to repair the leak and even identified some other areas that could cause us problems in the future which he repaired as well. He was very knowledgeable and very affordable. Definitely going to be calling him when it’s time to replace our roof.

I am renovating a duplex in which the original structure was built in 1852. There are many complex issues with this renovation. This included a chimney in which the mortar when touched was turning to sand. I need a contractor to help me with frame in an the opening after removal of a chimney. I had three contractors visit my duplex to look at the job and provide quotes. The quote I had for removal of the Chimney was high but I thought that was to be expected when dealing with Masonry work. ... Read more
