This project was a full roof replacement. The homeowner started experiencing heavy leaking during strong rain storms. During the project we noticed that the step flashing was never done on the last install which was causing these leaks. To ensure the roof was water tight we installed all new step flashing, built a chimney cricket to divert water away from the chimney flashing and installed ice and water shield along with synthetic underlayment. We used GAFs beautiful top of the line UHDZ shingles that comes with a 50 year limited lifetime warranty when installed by Grand Exteriors (a certified GAF contractor).

This project was a full roof replacement. The homeowner was experiencing interior leaking due to weather related roof damages (missing shingles). After the inspection we worked directly with the homeowners insurance to fully cover the cost of replacing the old worn out roofing system with a brand new state of the art Tamko Heritage architectural roof with a Limited lifetime warranty.
