This project was a complete roof replacement. Home owner had experience roof damage from a recent storm and called Grand Exteriors. We worked directly with their insurance to get them a brand new roof for only the cost of their deductible. This roof had 3 layers, 2 layers of shingles and cedar shakes that all had to removed. We resheathed the home with plywood and installed a state of the art Tamko Heritage roofing system.
