        We had a leak in our roof causing us damage to our drywall in a bedroom. Rob was able to come out the next day and found the problem. He was able to repair the leak and even identified some other areas that could cause us problems in the future which he repaired as well. He was very knowledgeable and very affordable. Definitely going to be calling him when it’s time to replace our roof.

        I am renovating a duplex in which the original structure was built in 1852. There are many complex issues with this renovation. This included a chimney in which the mortar when touched was turning to sand. I need a contractor to help me with frame in an the opening after removal of a chimney. I had three contractors visit my duplex to look at the job and provide quotes. The quote I had for removal of the Chimney was high but I thought that was to be expected when dealing with Masonry work. ... Read more
