The company representative, Justin, came to inspect what needed to be addressed and used a drone to take pictures and videotape the existing roof condition. Shortly thereafter, we received a comprehensive proposal that thoughtfully detailed the scope of the project, methods of repair or replacement, and potential warranties involved.
