Called on a Monday, and they sent someone out Tuesday. Rep Brandon said it could be a few weeks with an insurance claim , however, the roof was on a week later. Any issues I had were promptly addressed and fixed. Wish my insurance company was this easy to deal with.

Called Gravity this morning based off their 5-star rating. Some door knocking company came by yesterday and said my roof was in bad shape and needed to be replaced like pronto. You're not gonna have surgery without a 2nd opinion, so don't let someone work on your house without one either. The gentleman, Steve, on the phone was personable and pleasant.
