This project was a mess! the only thing we didn't touch on the exterior of this home was the shingled roof, which despite some discoloration was not in bad shape. We overlaid the existing composite siding with fanfold insulation and vinyl siding, but on the flat roof we removed a total of 9 layers of asphalt before installing a two ply modified bitumen roof system, before wrapping all the perimeter with new soffit, fascia, and gutters. Blood, sweat, and tears went into this one!
