We were called to complete an inspection at Sienna Park Townhomes, a 9-building complex in Lakewood, Colorado, due to reported leaks in two of the buildings. Following a thorough inspection, the HOA board decided it was time for a complete roof replacement.
The transformation is remarkable—the previously brown roofs have been replaced with GAF ArmourShield II shingles in the sleek, modern color Pewter Gray. These shingles not only enhance the aesthetic of the townhomes but also provide superior impact resistance and durability, making them an excellent choice for Colorado’s unpredictable seasonal weather.
