I met with 2 of the companies employees on 5/25/21, it is now 7/2/21 and I have yet to receive an estimate. Shaun also said he would set up an inspection of the roof and he did not follow through with that either. I'm not sure what the issue is, however based on their lack of communication and follow through I would not recommend this company.
Love cost savers and roofing! Quick and responsive, helped to make sure our entire roof was covered by insurance! Highly recommend!!!!
It started with a free inspection that went smooth and Andrew was awesome at explaining what he was looking for and explaining the process. We put in a claim to our insurance that day. Within a few days our insurance had sent us the funds and scheduled our installation. Andrew kept in contact with us the entire time. Installation only took a day and it looks amazing. Highly recommend.
I had the experience of working with Cost Savers at my parents house due to hail/wind damage. Matt Alexander (Salesperson) made this such an easy experience while communicating with the insurance company to the replacement of the roofs on several buildings.
