In Grafton we had a bad windstorm in June, I contacted Jason Kaczur for an inspection. He was very professional and willing to work with me and my insurance company. After walking me through the details of the process, I was able to contact my insurance company and the approval/check was printed on-site. The contractors showed up 2 weeks later to start at 7am!! I've met Ryan at networking events, and I am so impressed with how educational he is about his knowledge. As a girl it is easy to feel talked down to by people in industries that I know nothing about... but he has always taken the time to pull out computer generated graphics that illustrate his point (on his iPad) - which as a visual learner is right up my alley. If he takes the time to explain these types of things to me, I know he will take even more time to explain things to his clients.

Keyonte Francis replied immediately and was attentive throughout the whole process, as our primary contact person.
