We used Great Roofing and Restoration to replace our roof and gutters following a very destructive hailstorm. Bahmanm Moquim was our Project Mgr and did a terrific job. He was not satisfied with the initial insurance settlement so he set up a meeting at our residence to walk the property with the insurance adjuster. We filed a claim for hail damage to the roof of our four unit condo building in Summit County. Great Roofing was recommended by our insurance agency, along with three others. I called each one. Bahman Moquim, the Sales Manager from Great Roofing was the only one to call back promptly. We recently got a new roof through cost saver. The whole process was great up until the final payment. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a final bill and it’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond! I would recommend the work but the poor communication skills need to be worked on.

UnFortunately there was a few items that we had to supplement for and our hands were tied by the insurance company until they approved it. We could not send a final invoice until the insurance company approved those supplements. Once the supplements were approved we sent a final invoice to you. Thanks again for your business.
