We had a roof installed by Great Roofing in the fall of 2016 due to a hail storm in July. The initial install went fine; however, we discovered an issue with the shingles in the spring of 2018 that turned out to be a manufacturer's defect from Owens Corning. We started the warranty process in July 2018; however, we didn't get a new roof until April 2019 due to Owens Corning dragging their feet on reimbursement. We needed our roof repaired due to wind damage. After looking and searching online for the company to do the job, we decided to go with Great Roofing and restoration. Not only because of the overall rating, Ryan L. project manager was very polite and professional and took his time to explain every step of the process.
