Appears to only respond or show up when they are owed money and not when they need to go back to fix poor workmanship from one of their contractors. I've been chasing them over the phone for months now to fix a dangling piece of siding, and so far they've only sent a handyman to cut it out. Left several voicemails and still do not know when they are going to fix it. Will update review when/if this is addressed.
