Would like to give them 4.5 stars but that is not an option. Pros: Our rep, Bahman, was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He went out of his way to help us get a 2nd quote from the insurance company, laid out what we needed to do clearly, and was happy to act as a liason with the adjuster. Ryan was a pleasure to work with! He’s very responsive and was willing to work with our home warranty to ensure we got everything we were owed. Our roof leak was a fairly urgent matter and he did everything he could to make sure it was solved in a timely fashion.

Great Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. They quickly installed temporary barriers in several areas to keep the roof from leaking after the wind storm had torn off many shingles. They helped explain the insurance paperwork and kept us up date throughout the process. They even helped us to get a 50 year roof instead of just a 30 year at no extra cost! We love our new roof. Holley has been the best part of working with Great Roofing and Restoration. She has managed to get the work done, when Kris was more than lacking. Kris often didn't follow through on what he said would happen, and Holley has been the one to secure the dates of our window installation and the start date of the painter. Honestly, without Holley I don't know what I would do. I would give Holley a 5 star rating, Great Roofing and Kris, not so much.
